Looking to challenge your knowledge and skills in a professional, stimulating and high-tech environment?
THE ROLE
We are looking for a bright, organized and dynamic team member to provide high level support to our customers. As a customer care advisor you will play a major role in dealing with a variety of customer enquiries.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills in one Scandinavian language, as well as Spanish and English, be computer literate and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Candidates must be flexible with changing job requirements as the team grows and changes.
RESPONSABILITIES
- You will be responsible for answering all customer enquiries by e-mail, by telephone and face 2 face.
- You will be responsible for the processing of customer enquiries in an efficient way.
